SIDE STORY
Saturday was our final day in Los Angeles. We decided late morning to have lunch at Hollywood and Highland Mall and then continue on to LAX for the return trip.

As we drove to make our way, we have to pass by Universal Studios. As we drove, passing by the exits, Robert made mention how it would be nice to have lunch on the Citywalk. I basically told him, that all I know is that we needed to be at the airport by 315p at the latest, and that I would look the other way (like my adventure at LACMA).
Suddenly, Robert was telling me that “he couldn’t control the car, it was driving itself as we exited for Universal Studios.

We pretty much blew past the entrance that we needed (Jurassic Park Valet) and were in the regular line to go into the park. Luckily the gate staff took pity on us and told us how to get where we needed to go (no thanks to the one guy directing traffic that almost put us back onto the highway – with one illegal u-turn, we got to where we needed to be).

We were familiar with the restaurant from our prior trip on Thursday. This is a decent-priced restaurant on Citywalk with decent table service. Luckily it was early enough for lunch, so we were able to get in with no problems.

We both ordered the simple meal of Chicken Tenders with Mustard Sauce; although this is a simple meal, its one of the cheaper entrées on the menu and quiet filling. The tenders are breaded just right – not too hard – not to soggy. Our server, Raymond, was attentive, for the most part, but we had to corral him in once or twice as we needed extra napkins and refills for water and soda. Overall, a decent experience.
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Would I go back? 👍🏻
